Weight and size:
- Weight: 6.4-7 kg
- Height: 24.5-25.2 inches
Sensory development:
- Eyesight: much better now, can see different shapes and colours.
- Speech: starts babbling, cry in different styles, mimics facial expressions, smiles spontaneously and may starts laughing.
- Hearing: now can hear more properly.
Motor development:
- Turn and roll on back.
- Lift head and shoulder during tummy time.
- Reach to objects with one hand.
- Play with hands.
- Hold toys tightly.
Social development:
- Recognise people from a distance.
- Smile and copy face expressions of others.
Baby's daily routine:
- Feeding: breastfeeding, formula milk and some babies may start solids. Total 32 ounces of milk per day
- Poop: poop daily but bowel movement may occur after 2-3 days.
- Play time: use playing mat with hanging toys, play peek-a-boo, use rattles, give massage, do exercise and tummy time.
- Sleep: sleeps 15 hours a day and develop a sleep pattern.
